Vintage: Generous rains fell from late winter into Spring and late summer showers resuted in both winemakers and grapegrowers being happy. Not always the way. Good yields and good quality wines came from the 2017 harvest. Warm dry conditions during the 2017 Vintage allowed harvest to take place when fruit met optimum maturity. Very similar conditions to the successful 2006 Barossa Vintage.
Favourite Recipe: Nice juicy char-grilled beef, duck or barbequed lamb cutlets go well with the mouth-filling fruit driven characteristics of this wine.
