Windrush Marlborough Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2023 / DE-ÖKO-039 / L1
Artikelnummer: 702023
Beschreibung

Winemakers comments:
Intense aromas of guava, citrus, nettle, passionfruit & gooseberry, leading into a rich palate of tropical fruits, elderflower & wet stone minerality. Well balanced with juicy acidity and a long lingering finish. Drink now to 2027.
Winemaking: Destemmed to press and held for 1 hour on skins to gain flavour complexity. 92% Stainless Steel ferment. 8% barrel ferment, which had a mixture of inoculated & wild yeasts. The barrel portion underwent lees stirring weekly adding intense richness.
